1st Birthday party #2 at Grandparent Baltz’s

We celebrated Mason 1st birthday today at Granddad and Grandmom Baltz’s house with the family from Pocahontas and some of my friends from ACH.

Putting balls in the Bounce Castle was a big hit.  Addy, Mason, Logan, Jacee and Annaleise had a blast!

All the canned good we got to donate for Stamp out Hunger!

After mommy and Mason took a nap, he had a bath in the jet tub and grandma’s!

And finally, we turned the car seat around to face forward since he is such a Big Boy!

Thanks to everyone who celebrated Mason’s 1st Birthday with us the last two weekends…it’s been such a perfect and wonderful celebration of such a sweet life! 

Mason’s first birthday at the McArthur’s

We had such a fun time this evening at Josh’s parent’s house celebrating one of two 1st birthday parties for Mason.  The theme was SpongeBob Square Pants and he LOVED the decorations!

New computer

We had to get a new laptop because we "fried" our other...literally. Apparently the name laptop does not accurately describe how the device is used because when in your lap too long, it will overheat and melt. Hahaha...it's not funny, but it is because it make such simple sense, yet we didn't realize we were doing it until it was too late. It got slower and slower and started making these weird crackle noises, which was pointed out to me as "melting" metal in the hard drive, and eventually stopped working all together.

New pictures are coming soon...We are having a birthday party at Josh's parents house tonight and it should be a blast! Hard to believe that this time last year I was miserably ready to have a baby and now, almost a year later, Mason is a healthy, handsome, funny boy who fills our lives with chaos, joy and fear of the unknown! He's the best and I love him soooo much!

Easter day 2010

Started the day at Church with my mom and dad and then went to church with Josh's grandma! Our first Easter meal and egg hunt was at Maw Maw and Paw Paw's!

First hair cut March 2010

Mason got his first hair cut exactly a month before his first birthday, though we didn't plan it that way! Here is what we looked like when we woke up that morning!
