Summer fun!

Kyle, Karen and the boys were in town for Bradley's t-ball tourney and we all got together to swim at my parents old house after his last game. Trying to get all the swimming in we can before they sell the house!

I've got to go shopping for a new swimsuit because I don't fit into any of my old ones. Hopefully I will be in some swimming pictures with Mason next time!

Mason's g-ma McArthur thought she had put his diaper on too tight, so she put his next one on a little loose and big boy got his hand stuck there...hehehe!!

Mason's big day!

Today Mason was baptized at our church, St. Judes. We are both so lucky to have such great family...everyone showed up to see him!! Josh and I asked Deacon Alberson to do the baptism after mass and I think he was a little surprised to see so many people!

My brother, A.J. is Mason's godfather and Josh's cousin, Kim is his godmother. My parents threw a big party afterwards and it was a GREAT day!

Here is grandmother with Mason. The gown he has on is 57 years old. My dad wore it along with many of my uncles and aunts and cousins. A.J. and I also wore it for our baptisms.

Here is what Mom and Dad's back yard looked liked for the party and below is the sweet cake that mom had made for Mason!I feel so blessed that so many people wanted to share in Mason's and our big day! Thank you so much for coming!!

Smiling boy!

Yeah, I got a picture of a smile...not the best because I was holding him and working alone, but good none the less! So here's some latest pictures of the handsome boy!

The picture below is the face he makes when he is pooping...we call it his poop face!

The above picture is him on his belly discovering himself in the mirror...we are trying to establish a daytime schedule and this was his playtime...not much playing at this age, more like looking and feeling things!!

7 weeks..almost 2 months old!

Yesterday, the Razorback baseball team played their first game in the College World Series and won against Cal State Fullerton thanks to Mason's support in his soooo cute baseball outfit!

Mom and I took him shopping and he let everyone know he was a baseball fan!

He looks a little surprised in this picture...haha!

Here's Mason's new swing that his G-ma found him at a yard sale...He loves this much better than his boppy swing because it sits up higher and he can see more!

Lastly, I have not gotten a real smile photo yet. He has started smiling at Josh, me, my parents, and Josh's parents, but I can't seem to get a good picture. Hopefully that will be my next photo...a sweet smile from Mason!

Just a little jealous!

Work has been going well! Mason seems to be on a pretty good schedule during the day so that I know when he's getting ready to nap and I can start getting ready or clean a little. Here's a blurry picture from my phone of what we look like in the morning after our first bottle at 6 am. As you can tell, Roscoe has not given up his momma to Mason. I only wish I could have gotten my face in the picture..haha!

Big boy Mason!

Here's some big boy pictures of Mason...you gotta love the expressions he's making now! We are just waiting on a real SMILE, which shouldn't be too long! I can tell he's trying to smile at me, but right now it seems like he just likes to stick his tongue out, haha!

Ok the one below is our favorite...Josh says he is thinking "oh my gosh...the Hawgs are going to the college world series in Omaha!"

5 and 6 week old pictures!!

Here are a ton of pictures to update everyone...5 - 6 weeks old! Last Friday, my Aunt Cissy and I went to eat lunch and go to the mall with Mason...She bought him some cute shoes and some baby sunglasses! There is a picture of me feeding Mason and Roscoe not giving up his spot near his momma.

No more maternity leave!

Mason is 6 weeks old today and I'm going back to work! As a matter of fact, I am at work now taking a little break and thinking of him. I'll try to post pictures tomorrow, but for now I'm happy to be back on a permanent schedule! It is good to be back doing a job that I love...most of the time, and seeing all my friends!

Mason stayed with his g-ma McArthur for the few hours that Josh and I aren't home...I know they had fun! I've been all around the hospital showing off pictures and telling stories to everyone that will look and listen...I'm so proud of him!

One sad thing is that I may not get to post as many pictures as often as I had been while I was on maternity leave...so everyone may have to wait until the weekends! I'll try hard though, I love updating everyone!
